Hybrid between wild perennial Galapagos tomato (S. cheesmaniae) and ‘Early Girl’ tomato variety

Bred these a few summers ago. I now have the F1 and F2 seeds, but haven’t gotten a chance to experiment more with them this past growing season.

Some kind of fish jaw?

I found this near where a restaurant dumps their organic waste to compost, so I assume this is a species of fish that is served as food. Any help with a species ID would be greatly appreciated!
