Sign of the times 😩

Maybe the flair should be: exhaustion?

I just don't know. But the number of ppl I'm starting to see who are suicidal is just so..... So..... SAD.

and it's all societal/economy related.

I'm so disgusted by how fast we have fallen as a society. It will always be hard for a subset of us. I'm not oblivious to that fact.

But the rate at which even my old used to be stable patients are falling into "i stopped taking my meds because i wanted to take the whole bottle" hole makes my heart hurt.

I'm seeing it in center and via telehealth. It's scary out there. Y'all hang in there and make sure you have your own therapist!

If i can learn to read...

I'm gonna nail MCAT 😂.

I'm not just talking about CARS either.

My lil 493 is not content errors. It's missing key pieces of info in the passages across the board.

One one exam review 7 total questions were content gaps. SEVEN.

Everything else is because i missed a key word, term or phrase. 🙄😩

Any one got some Vyvanse or something i can borrow so i can calm the hell down and read critically😩

3 more test and 3 weeks to go😭

I've always thought I'd a bit of a combination right?

I give you days I'm available and hopefully some of them coincide with the facility.

PRN positions should be flexible right? Even taking partial shifts.

I was hired at a different crisis center and they are the most inflexible ppl EVER. I've asked to split shifts with others ex. Work 7-3 and somwone else 3-7. Come in early 5am and clear the lobby and leave at noon (they have no night shift provider which I'm sure is some violation). I've asked to come in swing shift (something i do at a different crisis center).

They are hell bent on 7-7, 3-11 shifts. And get this, they pay only $60 per hour AT A CRISIS CENTER.

my other crisis center is nothing like this. They are so flexible it's ridiculous lol

There has also been no training. I'm serious. Nothing. I was told there's no staff to train us (there's 3 of us and all their providers were out 🚩) . We all have experience so "do your best" i wish i was joking.

I've now been labeled a trouble maker I'm sure because I've been pushing back on no training and picking up days because of the lack of training. I refused for a month.

I feel like I'm being gaslight.

I'm not crazy right? They are being unreasonable for having an actual need right?
