How do families, children etc function within the framework of the thumbs heirachy?

I'm not sure if this was ever explored in the series, but do we have any idea as to how the thumbs hierarchy affects family members? Like, if i'm a sottocapo and I have a kid, what's the status of the child within the hierarchy? Would it be a rank below me? Would it be given the same respect my rank demands?

And what about the inverse? If im a capo or whatnot, are my parents to treat me with the "respect" i deserve? Or should the relationship not change? After all, the thumb values respect most and whose more deserving of respect than your parents? What do y'all think?

If you've watched/read Mob psycho 100, do y'all think Shigeo Kageyama (Mob) could actually be distorted?

A distortion should occur when a person experiences unbearable despair, loses cohesion of themself and accepts carmen's voice or their repressed desire. This should make Mob a perfect candidate for distortions but because of ???% modes interference that may not actually happen.

We see it activates right before mob psychologically breaks usually, its like an autonomous stabilization mechanism. Instead of an inward collapse, it seems to externalize the overload.

Carmens influence works when the individual submits to the desire, but it doesn't seem like ???% is a submission. Its more like an eruption. What do you guys think? Would carmen still hold influence over mob and cause a distortion? Or would she be unable to reach the "True" self due to ???% meddling?
