I use CCM Tacks for ice hockey skat aand want to get rollerblades to play... With what is currently out there now, what is the closest fit to the Tacks?

I am going to be filing for unemployment when my job lays me off (retail store manager) I have paid over $2000 dollars in student loan interest, should I not have them take taxes out due to me being able to use the interest as a write off to cover the tax?
