Larvae looking weird

Had this hive for about a month and their larvae looks off. Their brood pattern isn’t great and I think they’re making several open cup cells in the middle of frames (not charged that I saw). Not sure if they have foul brood or something else. Would like to hear from other beekeepers on their thoughts on this.

Beekeepers pls help

I have these bugs on top of the inner cover of my hive and wanted to see what I should do? Also in the last photo I have this grimey gray and dark gray substance on my bottom board. Could be mold or something else. I’m located in Denver. Want to hear your thoughts and how I should treat these 2 issues.

Hi

We just transferred our two nucs to two hives a week ago. The Denver weather has been oscillating between cold and hot days. Wanted to see if we should change the entrance reducer to the smaller side with this cold weather coming up and then switch it back to bigger side of the entrance reducer when Denver gets more consistent hot days. Also wanted to see what we should do this potential swarm cell, as shown in the picture. It’s a young colony so wanted to hear from more seasoned beekeepers about their opinions.
