Need advice on fracture diagnosis

Hey me again, I just saw a podiatrist today for a second opinion on a 5th metatarsal fracture. They diagnosed it as a jones fracture and told me that the original doctor misdiagnosed it. Here are my x rays from yesterday, I'm just curious what you guys think of his diagnosis, I'm worried now after the original misdiagnosis.

3.5 weeks into 5th metatarsal fracture and doctor says no visible healing on xray?

Left my appointment a few hours ago. Doctor was sticking very hard to a 4 week recovery timeline until now and says he was expecting to have seen more improvement by now. Sadly I don't have photos of the x ray as receiving that news really threw me for a loop and I forgot to take pictures. Doctor said there was no visible formation of callus on the x ray. Should I be concerned or seek a second opinion? Thank you!
