Hi all. I am recently separated after 10 yrs of marriage and I'm kinda struggling. Anybody have any good recommendations for positive mindset through tough situations?

I have just separated from an 8 yr marriage, half of which was dead bedroom. I'm not ready for any kind of relationship right now, but I do want to get laid, and advice for a man in his 40s who's been out of the the game for a decade to help him get laid? Edit: I'd rather not buy a hooker. Lol
