Is this Swelling or do I just need to accept I won’t be flat?
Let me start by saying, I’m only 3 weeks PO as of today so I’m pretty sure I’m in my head way more than I should be. Also, I DO NOT WANT TO BE WASH BOARD FLAT, I just don’t want to look pregnant. Does this seem like swelling or am I going to be like this forever? I look like I should should start thinking of baby shower themes 😩. My incision is slightly open, hence the bandages(superficial, no holes or anything) so massages are a no go right now but I am going to try hyperbaric oxygen treatments starting later this week in hopes in helps with the incision and swelling. My doctor didn’t take any pictures as soon as he closed me up and I didn’t see my body until next morning of the 28th( I was the first surgery the morning of the 27th) so I don’t know how flat I was immediately after.
