Ticket rules customization

Poking around you tube for some decent ticket customization setups. We have 2 apps right now that just come in general mailbox but is for a client. I want to read the email for domain: and then match the domain to the clients domain in client/settings. I have a few in there I guess from ninja and auvik which we didn't make but I can't seem to understand it well enough to make my own.

Any pointers or walk thrus appreciated

Keeper add-on won't pop out

Running latest version, I notice my add-ons now show up in the URL bar instead of at the top. What's odd is I have 3 devices, and 1 device no matter what I do Keeper doesn't allow the menu in the browser window. The biggest issue is my passkeys. I thought maybe it was an Zen add-on so I removed everything and I even compared it to my laptop which seems to work okay (it was on 1.2.1 or something).

Any way to troubleshoot this? Im not sure if its because the plugin is now in the URL window or if thats just a display thing. If I remove keeper and re-add it, it shows on the toolbar until i goto a website then it moves into the url section

I know this is an add-on , but was hoping someone could point me in the direction of how to troubleshoot it myself. When i look at like console debugger I see tons of errors but nothing seems to be keeper related in any of those

Florida rules on AI for lawfirms

https://www.floridabar.org/the-florida-bar-news/supreme-court-amends-rules-to-address-ai-use-in-court-filings/

Yesterday Florida supreme Court ruled that any citations or things using AI have to be clearly documented and cited properly so that they can be cross-checked etc

Just thought I would pass this along for fellow msps in Florida and this is probably going to set some case law for other states in the future. It doesn't look too bad but definitely will require some tweaking for a lot of law firms and it goes into effect in 2 weeks. So, everyone better get on it
