Stocking UK pond - advice needed?

I currently have a 500l raised pond in the Midlands, UK. About 70cm deep.

It has 2 goldfish and I'm looking to add some other fish.

Note we had 5 goldfish in there doing fine at one point but we were devastated by a heron attack.

Thinking of including some of the below and could do with some advice..

Golden weather loaches - hear mixed info on if they are ok in a pond.

Minnows - like the idea but struggling to find European minnows anywhere.

Gudgeon - seem fairly ok and can find them ok.

Also looked at white cloud mountain minnows and rainbow shiners but again I see mixed advice on if they would cope over winter.

Welcome ideas and advice!!

Picture of pond today attached having just been deep cleaned.
