Switched to my window

I used to try to eat from 8 AM to 2 PM and I recently switched it from 12 PM to 6 PM and I feel so much better!!!! it feels way less restrictive, fewer cravings, so much easier to just drink green tea in the morning. I feel thin, strong, focused.
Sharing in case you’ve been struggling with your window! It might be worth trying something different!
