There’s this gash on the hull on my 2004 130 super sport I just bought sport and two questions. I don’t feel soft foam when poking it and it’s about 3” in length . I have two questions.

1. How do I fix this?
2. Can I put it into the water with out damage to the foam, I would say not but I’m not sure.
