Fic Summaries That Just Don’t Do It Justice
Someone in the main sub asked about fic summaries that made you instantly read the fic.
I recently had a conversation with an author about how freaking incredible her fic was and she asked for brutal honestly, so I told her I didn’t think her summary did the fic justice!
I almost didn’t read it because I wasn’t sold by the summary, but I’m so glad I did anyway because it’s one of my very favorites now!!
What other fics have summaries that just don’t do them justice? Fics that *must* be read but may get ignored because the summary undersells it.
