Restored black trim 2020 RTLE

Restored black trim 2020 RTLE

I noticed the trim was getting a bit dull again and I decided to restore it before winter. It wasn’t that bad but since it was above normal temps and plenty of sun to let it bake on I decided to do it. I had to think back to when I did it last and it was June of ‘25.

I used exoforma black trim restore and applied it with their leather applicator. It’s super easy and I really can’t complain about longevity. A full year with probably 75% effect remaining is damn good considering she sleeps outside in New England and I predominantly drive her in bad weather. I got an 8oz bottle and after 2 applications I still have about 6 oz remaining.

If you have something better or one that you swear by I’d love to hear about it but so far so good with this stuff for me.

Oil changes after 115k miles

I just hit 115k and she’s just getting broken in! Recently, my SA told me that many people start doing oil changes at 4K mile intervals after they get over 110k.

I’ve read pretty extensively about oil but I haven’t been able to substantiate this claim, particularly with full synthetics. Has anyone heard of this or have any insight? Whats everyone doing for intervals after 100k?
