Passed my test 2 months ago and still no license. Is this normal? I call and all they can do is leave a message on the system to convey "urgency", but nothing gets done. At this point I'm convinced they have 2 school leavers sorting out paperwork, 2 more print a couple licenses a day and calling it an agency to give it some legitimacy
