It's the 4th Airbnb I request to book for Luxor, and they all decline or let the request expire and then change the price to x100 (NOT AN EXAGGERATION). I booked a room for $30/night and the host declined it and changed the price to $3000/night. Not $300. $3000. They all did the same thing every time I tried booking a room. Hotels have been sold out for a while now (I got a room for the night before the eclipse, a year ago, and was gonna plan the rest of the trip after Spain's eclipse). If you're going to Luxor for the eclipse, what is your plan? How long ago did you book accomodations? Where are you staying? I promised I would take my mom and dad to see their first eclipse in Egypt and they are so excited... 😔
