26.04 coming soon?

I believe it has been a while since we had any official word on the 26.04 release.

Does anyone have concrete updates on this? Are we talking 1 month away, 2 months, or more?

Model selection + agent configuration

I am trying to compare the non-claude/openAI models vs others (deep seek flash/pro, Kimi, ...).

For reference, I follow the research/plan using Opus, implementation with Sonnet and haiku for task execution...

I end up with my implementation plans referring to specific parts of a spec with acceptance criteria. I run them using a custom agent definition so the model is hard coded and so what not to do...

If I want to transpose this to opencode:

A) what would be your suggestion on model selection for each phase?

B) any specifics of opencode that can help with the workflow I defined?

C) any benefit of using opencode with open router or using the Go plan

Thanks

Kernel Panic after update (24.04)

anyone else seeing this?

It happens almost immediately if I try to use Chrome in my AMD based desktop (processor and discreet graphics).

It is a dual boot machine, and I can use Windows without issues (games, chrome)

I can only associate with starting to happen after one or two updates (that had kernel related items), although I can't pinpoint if it is really the case.

Before that I have been using the same machine with PoP OS 22.04 for a year and 24.04 (full install) since it was released as stable.
