MIDI sequencer for System 6?

Hello all, I have a Macintosh Plus with upgraded 4MB of ram, and I have it running 6.0.8 . I want to use it to control my vintage synths but I can’t seem to find a version of a software like Performer that is supported for anything earlier than System 7. I could be delusional, but there’s definetly a software out there for what I’m looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Can we stop the “this isn’t what the 80s looked like” comments?

I think that is understood. But it’s just dismissive of a lot of the reason this sub exists. Everytime someone posts a picture of their room that doesn’t have wood paneling and shag carpets there’s so many Gen X warriors in the comments being rude instead of supporting that people find inspiration from the best decade (even if it’s an idealized version of it from magazines and TV shows). I’m sure you grew up in a cigarette stained wood paradise but don’t tell me you wouldn’t also want a Miami Vice drug dealer’s mansion!

In Back To The Future (1985) Crispin Glover didn’t return for the sequels, criticizing that portraying money as the ultimate source of happiness sent the wrong message. This is why he starred in Hot Tub Time Machine (2010) where every character benefits from financial gain after time travel.

Hey yall, I’ve been using a volca FM2 as a sound module for my Yamaha WX7. I love it but I’d love to be able to have a little more expressiveness with the wind controller. Is anyone aware of an existing hardware solution that would be able to interpret modulation and possibly aftertouch data as well? I’d love to be able to utilize the WX7 with the fm2 to its full capability. Thanks in advance!
