is Dahua DMSS app or cloud having a service degradation event. My NVR is online, I can confirm it is connected to the internet as I have SFTP configured. Home internet is working because other Smart home devices are working normally. Dahua app is misbehaving. Mostly the DVR is showing offline.

I purchased a Samsung HW-Q950A Soundbar in 2022. Today I found my left rear speaker not working. On closer look, found it is not turning on. I have swapped cables and power socket to confirm that the wire or the socket is not problematic.
I have called Samsung service centre and they are asking me to bring the whole soundbar in for repairs. Since it's out of warranty I bet they will try to charge an arm and a leg to me. I was looking at Wireless Rear Speaker Kit SWA-9500S online. I could not find any documentation which shows whether it is compatible with HW-Q950A.
