My books.by experience

Ive been dealing with books.by for a couple of months now and it feels like it's time for a review.

It started out fine. I sold some books. They did their thing. It was fine and then I needed some help. That is where it became a problem. Their idea of customer service is absolutely atrocious. First of all, their support is entirely AI based and therefore lacking empathy, humanity. Understanding anything that makes it good at its job, it's bad at.

Their AI chat bot Constantly disappears mid conversation, gets stuck in script loops and is just really badly programmed. It's a bummer of a situation because otherwise they're a nice company with good intention, but they have let AI take over their whole front end and it leaves a really bad taste in customers mouths. I can confidently say that their shitty service has meant that I will not be back as a client, ever.
