My LNAs stopped functioning recently

I'm trying to receive GOES-19 imagery after a partial success last week (my Antenna's mount was too loose so it kept falling out of position), but recently, my LNAs, both the Sawbird GOES LNA, and the LaNA LNA(Which I only brought out to test if the Bias-Tee still worked), have failed to turn on, as in the light indicator isn't on, and the reception has been nothing but noise. I'm using an RTLSDR V4, Satdump, and a Noolec GOES Antenna. My initial thought is that the heatwave across the East Coast may have fried the LNA, but after today's test of both, I believe it may be an issue with the RTLSDR as a whole? What should I do to remedy and/or test? Should I get a new LNA or RTLSDR?

How can I modify this to work with L-Band Weather Satellites?

Hello! I'm trying to modify this 17.7 dBi Wifi Antenna to work with GOES, so far all I've done was add a rubber spacer of about 1.5cm in length(my local hardware store doesn't have a longer screw for this), and flip the secondary reflector around. So far my only success is receiving a frequency of 1593.1 MHz, and with 2 months spent on this project, I thought I should reach out to you guys for help. I'm sorry in advance, I'm still very new to this hobby, only success I've had was receiving a signal from Meteor M2-2, which didn't amount to anything since it was decommissioned. Thank you guys in advance! You're the best!

Here's the dish I purchased: https://ebay.us/m/uxK5gx

Also please let me know if there's another thing I should change, or if I should get another dish all together, I'm trying to save money for more hardware anyways, so any form of guidance is welcome!
