When i was a kid it was always just the tiniest little sliver of a reflection and now its only a little less intense than the image attached.

For reference my hppd is not bad at all usually. usually just visual snow and eye floaters when a solid color is taking up most of my vision (like looking at the sky) at worst mild patterns in carpets/grass (or any noisy texture like that.)

Im currently working prep for a mexican restaurant i will not disclose because its fairly local. Im their dedicated morning prep and i work by myself doing the prep work. currently im working 6 days a week and staying 1-2 hours late almost every day just to finish (im getting better at managing my time but still not fully there). I get 5-6 hours of sleep most nights before work which has resulted in a bit of a sleep debt. that sleep debt combined with the adrenaline from working so hard has caused me to start hallucinating at work. Today some bits of cilantro on the table looked like moving ants for a split second and yesterday i smoked a bowl after work and visuals-wise i was effectively mildly tripping. Weed by itself usually causes me no issues in terms of hppd.

my visuals usually only get that bad when ive been awake for over 24 hours (havent done that in months now thank god) and this is the first time its been happening purely from sleep debt.

Im gonna try and get off of 6 days a week here soon but mornings are where the hours are at for prep so I cant really quit that.

I know I need to be getting more sleep but outside of that does anybody have tips on managing stress/adrenaline at work?
