I moved to Petaluma earlier this year from the east coast and have been job hunting since then. In the meantime, I'm thinking volunteering could be a great way to keep my skills up to date, get involved in the community, contribute to a good cause, etc. My background is in nonprofit communications and marketing, so I have experience in social media, newsletter creation, storytelling, and BD messaging/support. Anyone know of any non profits in the area that are looking for volunteers where my skillset might be helpful? Thanks all!
