Looking to build quick disco ball set-up

I'm looking to build a quick set-up with a rotating disco-ball and a couple moving heads for a small show. I'm a DJ but have very little experience with lighting design. How can I do this simply and effectively (under 1000) without much experience? Appreciate all advice.

How do I hire someone to design a small club lighting setup? Or is anyone here interested

I'm not a lighting person and I'd rather have someone who knows what they're doing set this up than guess my way through it.

I've got a room at my frat, about 100 capacity, long and narrow with a low ceiling and the DJ at one end. I want to turn it into a house music/club type space. Permanent, safe, LED, something that can run on its own without someone operating it every party. Gear budget is around $2k, which I know is low, but my thinking is that if i pay an expert 100 dollars for an hour of their time to tell me what to buy and where to put it and how to set it up. If if that's beyond by purview, I could pay them again to come back and help me install.

Basically I'm just trying to avoid paying an AV company a premium to do the whole process for me, as I'm willing to learn and DIY it, I'd rather pay a freelancer or a consultant to point me in the right direction

A few questions:

  1. Where do I find someone hire for this ?
  2. What should I have ready before reaching out so I'm not wasting your time?
  3. If anyone here does small installs like this or knows someone who does, let me know. Remote design is fine, PM me and I can share my location if local matters, but I would also accept remote assistance/advice.

I'm not trying to lowball anyone, just want it done right.
