Incorrect floor ruling follow up $4600 dollar hand

The casinos gm reached out to me after emailing them

He offered roughly the amount the guy had behind in chips and credit

Absolutely happy to take that and quite surprised by the verdict

Not sure if it’s okay that I’m posting this but the thread received decent traction

Incorrect floor ruling CA what are my options $4600 hand

On the turn I announce all in and move a stack of chips into the pot

The dealer announces all in and villain throws in $300 he has about $1100 back and I cover

He asks how many times I put one finger up indicating once

The river comes out and dealer announces show down I show my hand and now the player starts protesting that he didn’t know it was all in

-

The floor who was on shift change came over and said it is all in and the bet stands

- then the floor whose shift was just starting came over and announced he could forfeit the $300 he put in on the turn ( which called the all in)

Despite the first floor and dealer ruling some reason the second floor insists he is forfeiting the $300 and that decision stands

Despite everyone on the table saying it was all in, the dealer, and second floor

Can I contact gaming commission over this ? What are my options ? If I have any
