At work, woke up 830 only 1 ai this morning none early am, now all junk. Is this new fix going to give us less ai?

Around 1130 was the last one that popped up and it filled fast. Only a few this morning that filled up fast and since then none. Just garbage studies mostly. Around 2am I had a couple that worked and I did. Am I being throttled you think or did they just totally stop posting them this afternoon?
