Lightning strike, G4 Doorbell Pro

Lighting hit somewhere nearby and my G4 Doorbell went offline. I did some troubleshooting and my USW-Flex that powers the doorbell was dead. I replaced that. Still nothing. I replaced the POE to USB-C adapter and the doorbell now powers up, but will not connect. Other items on the new USW-Flex work (an access point). I was still troubleshooting and was within Bluetooth range of the doorbell and my phone found the doorbell and asked to connect the Doorbell via wifi. So I entered the wifi password and the camera is online.

I haven't replaced the USB cable yet, I'll do that tonight. Is the doorbell damaged? How do I get to connect via USB again?

Can I scan for show/movies without subtitles?

I'm a long time Plex user. I have a large collection. I'm getting older and my hearing isn't the same. I started downloading new shows and movies with subtitles only and found I enjoy watching TV much better when I can read what's going on.

Earlier in my Plex life, I didn't care about subtitles. Every now and then, I'll want to watch a movie I downloaded years ago and find out I don't have subtitles. I can normally download the subs right in the Plex app on my phone or Apple TV. Sometimes I can't or their out of sync.

I don't use the arr stacks because I'm too old to give a shit to learn anything new. But, is there a way to scan my libraries and spit out a list of media that doesn't have built in subs? Then I can attempt to find and sync subs when I get a spare minute.
