My yearly attempt at working over a HandieDan design. I'm proud of the Deco clock even though it's pretty basic. If I were better at KLWP I could figure out how to get the icons into the moons on the wallpaper and craft badass animations and panels but I don't think I have it in me.

Nutrition/Diet advice for those with liver disease

I sobered up a couple years ago but not before getting steatosis. I used to be able to put away 2200+ calories a day (140-160 lbs) while bulking including a protein shake and creatine. (~+4 workouts a week, push/pull/legs). It was a pretty good routine.

Creatine is out of the question now. And digesting more than 1600 calories is a bit rough on my liver. I'm willing but the organ is not.

What would you say to someone who wants to return to fitness but struggles with bulking due to diet restrictions? I can't really lose any more weight, I'm an average/skinny guy. If I cut any more I'll be a bag of bones.

Current diet is largely vegetarian, lots of rice and tofu, fruit, yogurt, eggs, average carbs/granola, limited (nil) fat/sugar. 1200-1400 calories/day maintained.
