Mezuzah as bat mitzvah gift?
I came across a beautiful mezuzah hand-made by an Israeli woman. My niece's bat mitzvah is coming up. I didnt purchase it yet because I didn't think it would be a good gift, but...thoughts?

I love the picture, but I'm curious if this is a tv that's known to have issues. I bought the 65" Bravia 8 at the beginning of July. Within two weeks, the picture began to freeze. Best Buy said this is a known issue, and they'll replace the tv. During the week I waited, it started to have other issues: people started to sort of make a trail, like in a series (shadows?).
I received the new tv on August 3rd. Since then, the screen has twice gone black. I don't even know how we got it to turn back on. Friday evening (today is Sunday) when the screen went black in the middle of a movie, instructions did come up on the screen that began with "press menu on remote." I didn't memorize the rest, and once on menu, we kind of pressed random things until the picture came back on. I wish I could tell you more detail.
Re: Friday. There was a firmware update available that we hadn't installed but did after this event, so I'm not sure whether that's relevant. I don't even know if this is a true issue (I know the freezing is a known issue, as Best Buy said) because it just seems so odd and coincidental that such a high-end tv -- now two of them -- would have multiple issues.
Is this known about the Bravia 8? I'm still in the return window and don't know what to do.
I won the DBH lottery for tomorrow matinee. Any idea where I might be sitting? So many seats are still available. I'll be on my way to the city when I get the ticket an hour before the show. I've never done lottery - I assume you don't have a choice of seats at all?
