Hi all, I did an indoor craft event (my first one) booth fee was $75 I made only $120 3 customers 5 total items sold. Any recommendations? I feel like overall the market was slow others would agree, lighting was dim. I got recommendations from another post and elevated my set up what do yall think?

I need some opinions please, I want to make craft fairs more of a seriouse gig I recently did a 2 day events good turn out variety of vendors and audience, 150 vendor fee, I brought in $300 day one… day two TBD. The person next to me sold like crazy, I would have liked to make closer to $500-800 what should I do to improve my set up, or inventory? Please help
