Since Royal added the ability for customers to opt-in to allowing agents to see their offers, has anyone actually figured out HOW to see client offers and book them without calling?
The only job aid on Loyal To You is about servicing existing reservations assigned to your agency, not making new bookings.
Longtime lurker. I’m a TA, but I’m actually having a consumer issue with my personal accounts on Royal/Celebrity.
Since last September when they launched the cross platform loyalty, my account data has been merged, partially, with someone else’s. It affects both my C&A and Captain’s Club accounts as well as both casino gaming profiles, too. It is like whack a mole. One department fixes something. And the. Another department touches my account again and it breaks.
I’ve had access to random people’s gambling 1099s. I can currently transfer someone else’s cash back rewards from their credit card to give me OBC. I currently have another person’s nearly full name and birthdate. Bordering on data breach kind of stuff.
It’s a mess.
For a while, someone in the RC Executive Office was willing to try and steer my account through the fixes, but she’s also given up.
Is this something I could reasonably reach out to my BDM about? Or should I just walk away from my loyalty and gaming history and start over?
