Shade profile changing
My yard is changing. On the left side of the pics, to the east is a new porch. On the right are magnolias getting taller every year.
The Bermuda sod nearest the house had to be repaired a bit post construction which is why you see some that is a bit thicker.
Check out the timestamps. This area gets no morning sun. Then you can see by 3pm the trees start blocking the afternoon sun. Is the Bermuda going to just get progressively worse with this amount of direct sunlight?
