I’m not talking about a little spotting here and there, I mean full-on, period level bleeding for 7-14 days straight and maybe 2-5 days of a break, then the cycle repeats. I’ve also had waaaaay more clots than usual.

I started on Blisovi Fe 1/20 in February, then consulted with my NP about the ridiculous amount of bleeding, and she put me on Marlissa 28 about 2 weeks ago due to the higher estrogen level in it (I think). Since then the bleeding has definitely been lighter but still present, not to mention the insane mood swings that came after switching. I’ve never missed a single pill and always take them at the same time, not a smoker either.

I know this isn’t normal, but has anyone else dealt with it and eventually had the bleeding stop? Should I switch to a different type if Marlissa doesn’t do the job after a couple of packs?

…I guess it’s technically doing the job since constant bleeding = no sex = no pregnancy 🥲
