Scam artist who claims to help

There is a spiritual healer and coach named Mr. DEMBO OR Samba in the tri-state area. He claims he is a 100 percent love specialist and can remove all kinds of black magic voodoo, and also gives permanent life protection
But all he does is set you up to take your money by putting you even more down and wrapping you around his finger. I have attached his business card, and He only answers on WhatsApp, which is weird.
