Looking for teammates to build games together

hi everyone

I'm looking for passionate people who want to build games together. Experience doesn't matter we can learn along the way the plan is to start with small projects, grow as a team, and eventually work on bigger and more ambitious games. If you're into game development (programming, art, design, music, writing, or anything else), send me a DM or leave a comment

Looking for Feedback on My MMORPG Prototype Plan

Hi everyone,

I've been working on the pre-production of an original fantasy MMORPG for the past several months. So far I've completed the world-building, lore, core gameplay systems, progression mechanics, factions, locations, and a detailed Game Design Document.

My current goal isn't to build a full MMORPG, but to create a small prototype that demonstrates the core gameplay and vision before approaching studios, publishers, or investors.

I'd really appreciate feedback from experienced developers on this approach.

  • Is this a realistic roadmap?
  • What would you expect to see in a prototype before taking it seriously?
  • What features should I prioritize?
  • What are the biggest mistakes first-time MMO creators usually make?

I'm not recruiting through this post—I simply want to learn from people with more experience and improve my planning.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you
