Our dojang's Bob broke. I went to adjust his height and heard a clinking noise and looked down, and there were some washers on the floor. I examined Bob's back, And the washers and a bolt fell out of his back.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to repair him. Right now things aren't quite in the budget to replace him.
