Out with my partner this weekend and she’s stoked to try some longboarding, I’ll put her on the Pranayama as it’s much more enjoyable to ride and beginner friendly.. really looking forward to it! 😊
Hi guys, new here.. I fancied getting into longboarding and I’ve been rolling around on a second hand atom board for a while, just to get a feel and see if I stick at it (adhd ftw!)… turns out I’m into it, and bit the bullet and bought myself a cosmic turtle Pantheon Pranayama.
I love it!!
The careless build quality took the shine off a bit though, no spacer rings on the axles and no washers on the drop through bolts… no drop down spacers as specified on the shops advert and the wheels had been tightened to the point they barely spun.. the bearing shields are caved in and the bearings are noisy.. I don’t think it’s unfair to expect better..
I’ll contact the shop to see what’s what with that, in the meantime I’ve rebuilt it with some Bronson G3s and assorted hardware off my old board and everything seems pretty sweet. I’m itching to get out there but of course, it’s raining! 😩
