I'm referring to the yellow spray foam stuff in these photos

1947 home in Ontario, Canada. This is in a work room addition to the garage that is possibly later than the rest of the home. In this workroom we already know that the parging on the walls is 2 - 3% chrysotile, so we know that fire proofing was possibly a consideration in this work room (due to garage adjacent?)

Anyway, thoughts on whether this is absestos?

And, if we don't touch it, do you think this constitutes damaged/friable/of active health concern?
