Hey everyone! This is my second entry for the kitty design contest. I'm presenting to you the Wooly Shorthair, a cat designed to bring a touch of cozy texture and warm color play to the game.
I've included two variations:

1) This is my main concept. I combined the soft, detailed wool textures with distinct, vibrant color patches. My vision is that each of these cats could have slightly randomized patches

2) more minimalistic approach, natural version. This highlights the clean, cozy wool look in soft beige and cream tones.

Here is my entry for the design contest: The Stained Glass Shorthair.
I wanted to create a cat that plays entirely with rich color harmony and clean, beautiful lighting.

Please note that this uploaded concept art is a very detailed version to showcase the full vision, but it can easily be simplified/made more minimalist to match the official Cats & Soup art style!!

I designed the back too but gave up with the coloring, it’s very similar to the front side.

I usually love styling my minirooms with lots of contrast, rich colors, and a sense of architectural depth (like my cozy cottages or hotel rooms). I tried doing a pastel Sanrio bakery for my little baker, but to me, it feels a bit flat and washed out

I really want to keep the sweet bakery concept, but I need ideas on how to make it pop! What wallpapers, flooring, or larger furniture pieces can I swap in to add more shadows, rich contrast, and that perfect color balance? Would be nice to keep some of the pink and soft colours in this room.
