been working at a new salon for a month as an assistant and it’s fine other than the owner. the the second week I started working there she tried firing me because I “didn’t greet her politely enough “and I basically had to beg her to keep my job, that day depressed me so hard i relapsed and drank myself to sleep.
Today out of the blue she shows up and wants to completely redo my hair because she said it was dire and I looked “unprofessional” she basically cut my hair and then dyed all my blonde parts that I worked so hard to lighten purple. I had to pretend I liked it at work, but when I got home, I broke into tears.
I like my job, but I don’t know if I can stand working for a person like this any longer, it’s been a month and she’s already breaking me down as a person
