These clowns lol runs a red light on Mill, end up trapped in the intersection behind a semi, and just sit there like their brain disconnected mid-impulse.
Woman in the SUV tried to blast through the red on Mill going west by the GSR, got stuck behind this truck, and ended up sitting dead center in the intersection blocking traffic like he was surprised consequences exist. Absolute Reno NPC behavior.
