I’ve never seen a bright red shelf shroom like this? Does anyone have an idea of what it is?

My first dice using the mushrooms I’ve foraged and dried. Excited to do more since there’s such a range of mushroom types and colors 🍄 💃🏻

The first one is gonna be hard to let go. I was shocked by how nice it turned out when I demolded it. And happy I finally got around to using the lily of the valley I dried from my garden 🪴

I’m not sure which kind I like better. I’ll probably do more of both.
