When would be the best time to arrive to see the animals? Last year I went 3/4 of the cages and displays were empty. If I went the first day would the cages/stalls be full or is the first day set up time?

Nope. It was the cabin filter… pulled that fucker out one piece at a time.. like a dust storm once that thing was yanked out completely, looked like no one gave the fuck about changing it since OEM from the factory. I put some fishing line on the new one.
