Hey all, I applied for a seasonal tax associate position, and got a call back with information on the ITC. Currently I'm a full time community college student working part time, and I'm wondering if the course is worthwhile as it costs $150 and I'd hate to pay for it just to fail out due to overwhelming material. Is this something that could turn into a career or is it more of a side job/part time thing for tax season only? I've had some interest in accounting, so this might be a good idea for me to gauge my interest in the career.

I'm definitely interested, but I don't want to burn myself out considering I have college courses and a job to deal with.
