Wanting to study abroad (GPA is 2.386)

Good afternoon,

Is there any way someone can study abroad on a 2.386 GPA?

I'm wanting to get out of the US but studying abroad seems to be my only option. It's been about four years since I graduated, and I've gotten a job working as a logistics admin for a company in the US.

I graduated with 21 credits instead of the original 22 that I was supposed to have. Dropped out of an Art class that I originally was super excited to take, but the teacher ended up harassing me and screamed at me, which ultimately led to me dropping from the class due to severe anxiety and inability to function around her properly. School blamed my anxiety around the teacher on my ADHD when my mom got involved and I acually got diagnosed with autism maybe a year ago.

That's what really screwed up my GPA beyond just genuinely crappy grades. Which also sucks because I'd change so much about how I handled school if I could go back in time, but I was never fully in it after all the moving around my family did. (At least ten different schools my entire lifetime; most in elementary and then two separate ones in highschool).

Doesn't change the fact that my GPA is extremely low, though.

Has anyone else successfully gotten into a university abroad on a GPA below 2.5?

And would anyone have any suggestions for me?

I also have a service dog/assistance dog prospect that is eventually going through an ADI accredited program to get recognized in the EU as one as well.

Trying to move from the US to Ireland (or EU)

I'm desperately trying to find a way to move out of the US as soon as possible after my recent visit to London and Ireland. I've been miserable here and with the current state of.. everything, I don't really want to be in the US anymore.

I have spent years here trying to find some sense of acceptance and a feeling of being welcomed, all of which have fallen short. I felt much more comfortable in my own skin when it came to Ireland and London. Maybe it's because I've always dreamed of going there—but ultimately, I just want to be able to feel that feeling every day, and I can't seem to find that here.

The problem is that I am a 22 year old US citizen with no known family in Ireland or any other place in the EU. I am also fairly certain that nobody in my direct family is a citizen in anywhere other than the US, so I know that already dwindles my luck.

I don't have a college history and I'm pretty sure that I don't even have any critical skills that would land me a working visa anywhere. I work as a logistics administrator for a company that doesn't have any branches there to my knowledge.

So, I'm kind of running out of hope.

Ireland would be my first pick since it sparked a huge amount of motivation for a book I am writing, but I'm not opposed to other places if I might have better luck. I just don't think I really have any hope.

My only other thought is to just travel Europe entirely, bouncing from country to country, just before I'd have to get a visa, if that's even possible. The only problem there is that I have an almost two-year-old golden retriever that I'm training to become an assistance dog, with hopes of getting her ADI certified to help have her recognized in the EU. I've no idea how I'd even travel with her. I'm autistic and generally rely on a lot of outward support from other people to plan these things, which is one of the reasons I'm posting here.

It's probably a hopeless cause, but would anyone have any advice?
