Backup roles for Project Managers in a tough job market? I'm looking for higher demand job titles that I can also apply for?

I'm not having much luck applying to project manager jobs despite tweaking the heck out of my resume via advice from here.

Are there any backup roles for PMs in a tough job market? I'm looking for higher demand job titles that I can also apply for (an easier job to get)?

Is there anywhere I can buy a flashed Bipap?

Software project managers how long did it take you to find a job in this market?

I'm seeing a lot of software PM jobs posted. Wondering how long did it take you to find a job in this market (USA)? And your years of experience?

Anyone with 5+ years of experience given up on getting a new PM job? (USA)

I've been searching for over 8 months. I'm thinking about giving up and just getting a crappy paying job. The catch is I KNOW that I will not have the time or energy to get a decent PM job while working a crappy paying job. I won't have time or energy for the psychotic 5 step interview processes if I'm also working 40 hours a week.

I've gotten like 5 interviews but at best it's 1 interview per 100 apps. I have 8 years of experience (website/digital PM).

Anyone want to share their experience?

Has anyone successfully flashed a ResMed AirSense 10 to unlock BiPAP mode?

How difficult is the flashing process? (0 to 10)

What is the risk of permanently ruining (bricking) the machine? (0 to 10)

Has anyone actually damaged an AirSense 10 doing this, or is it generally recoverable if something goes wrong?

After flashing, is it truly about the same as buying a ResMed AirCurve 10 BiPAP?

Is reducing my AHI from 16.6 (untreated) to 7.7 with treatment considered a decent improvement?

Is reducing my AHI from 16.6 (untreated) to 7.7 with treatment considered a decent improvement? (started 20 days ago)

What would be an average improvement?

I believe I finally have it dialed in. I changed the pillow size to medium and I've stopped travelling and taking melatonin.

What are the chances it continues to go down farther (almost all are clear airway events)?

How good is Wesper at home test at identifying CA events?

My results from the Wesper device say I have 0 CA events. Since getting my resmed Air 10 its saying I get 9 CA events per hour (basically all my AHI is now because of CA events).

Is my resmed air 10 causing these events?

Or did Wesper just misclassify the CA events?

Should I increase my AHI from 7 to 9? Or what setting should I change?

Should I increase my AHI from 7 to 9? Or what setting should I change?

I'm getting an AHI of 2.83 to 10. I have no idea why there is so much fluctuation. I live basically the same exact day everyday and go to bed at the same time.
