One ounce drink spout
4 days post-op (SADI-S). My surgeon wants me to sip one ounce of liquid over 15 minutes, which is easy to do when I’m home. I have several sleeves of one ounce cups and can easily pour out how much I need while monitoring how quickly I’m drinking. However I have a harder time when I’m out because I can’t use straws, so it’s easier to “gulp” down a larger amount. I’m trying to find a water bottle (or lid that I can put on a bottle I already have) that only pours one ounce at a time. I found one made for seniors, but it looks too much like a toddler’s sippy cup. Has anyone seen something like this?
