Floaters or just stopper in vial?

I went to use my vial of Hallandale tonight, I have about 3-4 doses left. BUD 7/27/26. I always check before injecting and noticed for the first time there was movement inside the vial. I was able to grab this video of what was going on.

I run a pretty strict program for sanitation - wipe down surface with alcohol wipe, wipe vial top before and after each draw, store in a pill bottle upright in a canister in the fridge.

Are these the floaters we are looking for or is this just vial stopper? I used a different vial tonight but would like to finish this one if it’s safe. What do you think?

Low and Slow Debate

I have been on tirz since November 2025 and I’m 52lbs down. I believe I am responding well, but I’m questioning if I could be responding better. I have ascribed to the low and slow method of titrating up, mostly because when I go up I do have side effects for a few weeks before I even out. I am currently on 7.5mg every week.

I still have over 70lbs to lose. I have read a lot about the 72 week study, but am I correct that this study had everyone go up to 15mg quickly and they stayed on that for a long time? Will the meds ‘work less’ if I still have room to titrate up even after the 72 weeks?

I am just going back and forth if I should stay at the dose that is working for me or if I should kick it up quickly because I will be at that 72 weeks before we know it and I could be losing faster. I am currently averaging a 1lb a week loss. What do you guys think? Any and all anecdotal evidence is welcome!
