Earbud / headphone recs that aren't shokz

I love my airpods (1st/2nd gen), but I have small ears and they slide out eventually when I'm doing hard workouts on a treadmill. Looking for earbuds with the same sound quality, but the kind that hooks over the ear to keep them in place when I'm sweating a lot.

NOT shokz please, I bought some previously & returned them for I didn't like the sound quality. Also don't care for hearing my surroundings (rather have noise cancellation! but not mandatory) / not looking for open type earbuds.

So far I'm considering Soundcore Sport X20 or Powerbeats Pro 2.

Does anyone have other recs? TYA!

I know there's been previous questions on what to put in "previous skills & experience" before, and usually there's a wide variety of answers. Can someone advise what to do when JD says the following?

(there's also 6 essential criteria above this):

>As part of the application process you will be asked to complete the following:

>A CV that displays your career history, skills, experience and qualifications. Please ensure you tailor your CV to match the Essential Skills and Criteria.

>1000 word Personal Statement based on the Essential Criteria above

>You will be assessed on your CV and Personal Statement.

>In the event of a high volume of applications we will assess candidates on the Lead Criterion as listed in the Essential Skills and Criteria. If you pass the initial sift, you will then be assessed on your Personal Statement. If you pass the Personal Statement sift, you will then be assessed on your CV.

>Lead criteria:

>xxxxxxxx (please ensure you demonstrate the process you undertook, including the how, what, why, and the resulting outcome.).

>Please note: if the above criteria is not demonstrated in your Personal Statement, you will receive a score of a 1 for your Personal Statement and your CV will not be assessed.

So I understand that all 6 essential criteria need to be explicitly mentioned in the CV part (which is made up of 2 tabs: employment history, and previous skills & experience), and that they will read the Personal Statement first, but both parts need to refer to EC.

Which is the best way to go about this?

Option 1)

Employment History - roles, companies and dates, short bullet points with responsibilities (mirror key words from JD)

Previous Skills and Experience - explicitly refer to each of the 6 essential criteria and give an example with how/what/why/outcome (this ends up being a lot of words - around 1600)

Personal Statement - more of a flowing story, but the same examples of essential criteria with how/what/why/outcome, slightly compressed to fit into 1000 words

Option 2)

Employment History - roles, companies and dates, short bullet points with responsibilities (mirror key words from JD)

Previous Skills and Experience - explicitly refer to each of the 6 essential criteria, but only mention briefly the skills without evidence (and without the how/what/why/outcome)

Personal Statement - explicitly refer to each of the 6 essential criteria and give an example for each criteria, with how/what/why/outcome and with Lead Criteria having the longest paragraph.
