I recently was offered a position at Mayo Clinic Az. I am considering taking the job, but am hesitant to leave my current employer (been with them 2 years). I was hoping to gain some insight on the culture of mayo and any “perks” you’d consider are worth mentioning.

A little more about the situation- I would be in a hybrid, non patient facing role.

Any information about work life balance, turnover, workload, culture, raises, bonuses, etc. would be appreciated.
